Risa Binder is New York’s girl next door. Her debut album ‘Paper Heart,’ on the Warehouse Records label, is as irresistibly charming as the cupcakes, cookies and chocolate shops that inspired it. “My favorite things to do are write music and eat dessert,” Binder explains.
